Fajita & Taco Dinner at Ronald McDonald Wylie House

Serve KC will be preparing and serving dinner, most of the meal is in the freezer and lasagna’s for future freezer meals at the Wylie House. Arrive at 4:30 pm, we will prepare dinner to serve at 6pm. Once the families have gone through the line, the volunteers will eat as a group before cleaning up.

1). FROM FREEZER: Proteins, beans, rice, veggies, tortilla & taco shells, cheese, 1 jar salsa, 1 can black olives, 1 sour cream, 2 sleeves graham crackers, onions for pasta sauce, lemonade, pitchers, stock pot, ladle – Jill

2). 2 bags or heads of lettuce (taco garnish) – Faye

3). Dessert, deconstructed s’mores – Bruce

4). 2 containers ice cream, your choice of flavors – Janeen & Jack

5). Grated Parmesan Cheese (green can) 2 grocery store size or 1 Costco size – Carol & Bob

6). 5 foil deep dish 9X13 lasagna pans, 2 large OR 3 small jars Italian seasoning – Carol & Bob

7). 1 large roll of heavy duty / freezer foil and 1 – 7 oz. jar of chopped garlic (Aldi size) – Carolyn

8). 2 large packages pop-tarts (store brand is fine, cheap at Aldi) – Mary

9). 2 containers Clorox wipes (store brand is fine) – Debbie
