Fajita & Taco Dinner at Ronald McDonald LONGFELLOW House

Serve KC will be preparing and serving dinner at the Longfellow House.  Arrive at 4:30 pm, we will prepare dinner to serve at 6pm.  Once the families have gone through the line, the volunteers will eat as a group before cleaning up.  

1).  Steaks, tortilla & taco shells, cheese, 4 taco seasoning, 1 jar salsa, 1 can black olives, chocolate & caramel sauce, lemonade, pitchers, – Jill

2).  2 fully cooked roasterie chickens – Bruce

3).  2 fully cooked roasterie chickens – Janeen 

4).  2 large container sour cream, 1 bunch fresh cilantro, 2 limes – Brittany Sleyster<a href=”https://www.meetup.com/ServeKC/members/228945630/”></a>

5).  10 large peppers, any color (to sauté for fajita’s) – Sue 

6).  5 onions, 5 large tomatoes – Craig

7).  5 peppers, 3 bags or heads of lettuce – Brittany Sleyster Friend 

8).  1 box instant rice and 2 large (24 oz. each) jars salsa (Mexican rice) – 

9).  1 large (24 oz. size) jar salsa, 1 cans black olives, 1 bottle barbeque sauce (yes, really bbq sauce)Mary 

10). S’more ingredients (graham crackers, chocolate bars, marshmallows) – Carol

11). Grill Master with grilling tools – Kurt
