Fajita & Taco Dinner at Ronald McDonald WYLIE House

Serve KC is preparing and serving tacos & fajita’s at the Wylie House. Arrive at 4:30 pm, we prepare dinner to serve at 6pm. Once the families have gone through the line, the volunteers will eat as a group before cleaning up.

1). Steaks, taco shells, cheese, onions, limes, cilantro,
salsa, black olives, lemonade & pitchers, taco seasoning – Jill

2). 3 fully cooked roasterie chickens – Mary Anne

3). 2 large (16 oz) containers sour cream AND 2 containers
veggie dip – Mary W.

4). 8 large peppers, any color (to sauté for fajita’s) – Julie

5). 3 large tomatoes, 2 bags or heads of lettuce – Susan

6). Veggies for tray: 1 head cauliflower, 1 head broccoli,
1 can black olives – Ellen

7) 1 large bag baby carrots, 1 bag celery,
1 bag radishes -Jill

8). 2 containers ice cream, your choice of flavors –

9). S’mores ingredients & ice cream toppings – Carol & Bob
