Let’s help Gillis with their largest annual fundraiser, the 25th Annual Gillis Golf Classic!! Please read all details and comment which job(s) you will commit to.

4 people needed for the Welcome Tent (8am – 1030am) – set-up bar and assist with drinks. Put 2 welcome bags on each golf cart (bags contain tees, balls, coozies).

4 people needed for the Escort Cart (10am-3pm) – take photos, assist pro shop with score cards, assist photographer and volunteers if they need a ride to the restroom.

6 people needed for Lunch Volunteers (1030am-230pm) – help serve lunch, notify golfers on course that it’s lunch time, sort lunches, distribute.

Attire – A collared shirt (polo type is fine) and khaki/tan pants or capris. No denim. Acceptable pants/capris/shorts (long shorts!)…Khakis, navy, white, tan. No denim, no jeans.

All day volunteers will get lunch.
