Help JCCB collect completed silent auction bid sheets, move decorated wreaths and stands. 

When the auction closes Serve KC volunteers will  pick up bid sheets and give them to Dorris. Once all bid sheets have been collected then Serve KC volunteers will move wreaths from 2nd level down to 1st level and place in “pick up zone”. 

Winning bidders will pick up wreaths from Serve KC volunteers. Volunteers will check for paid receipt prior to release of items. 

3 Serve KC volunteers will collect all stands from the display area and place them in storage bin for transport.
