Help Lakemary Center at their first annual Fall Ball!

Since 1969, Lakemary has provided a place where children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities learn and heal.  Some of society’s most forgotten children find hope, dignity, and a real opportunity for a life with meaning at Lakemary.

Lakemary is hosting their first annual Fall Ball on November 5th. This catered event is sure to be an elegant and fun party like none other! Lakemary residents from both Johnson and Miami counties will gather together for a beautiful night out. With hair and makeup stylists, elegant suits and gowns, and music all night long, the Fall Ball on November 5th promises to be a magical and memorable evening for residents and volunteers alike!

We are looking for 10 individuals who are willing to be a part of the Hospitality team. We will arrive at 4:00 to greet residents as they come in. Throughout the evening our Hospitality Team will encourage lots of good fun, high spirits, and plenty of dancing! Our main job is to interact with the residents and make sure everyone is having a fun time until 9:00 when the event ends.

There will be an alternative parking lot for volunteers near Town Square. More details on where that is are coming soon.

When you arrive, ask for Ariel to sign in. You will receive a Volunteer T-shirt from Lakemary to wear for the evening.
