Join in the fun of helping to make another fundraiser a success at The Gardens at Sunset, a fourth annual charitable fundraiser benefiting Kansas City Community Gardens!

Serve KC volunteers will:

• Assist the bartender.

• Direct parking.

• Walk patrons to/from cars.

• Restock food/drinks/ice.

• Bus tables.

• Assist with tear down.

Enjoy an evening  in the beautiful Leanna Flandermeyer Beanstalk Children’s Garden.

NEW! A map has been added to assist with volunteer parking. Please view prior to arrival.

We have received additional guidance on what to wear when volunteering for this event: Please wear dark or untorn denim, comfy shoes and a shirt with a collar and whatever outerwear the weather dictates (It will be beautiful weather!).  We’ll be needing you to help with our food/beverage service and then assembling items for our silent auction, and then tear-down.

A Volunteer Station will be in place at the event at which volunteers will receive beverages, pizza and sweets.
