Serve KC is looking for passionate volunteers to join our Leadership Team and help us connect with even more nonprofits. To become a Serve KC Organizers you must be able to take initiative, work with nonprofits to schedule events and post them to our meetup and create a welcoming environment for volunteers to serve. 

We have selected 5 nonprofits to match with an Organizer during our next leadership meeting and invite you to come learn more about each of these agencies:

• The Children’s Place

• Literacy KC

• The Giving Grove

• Inclusion Connections

• Sleepyhead Beds

While we are looking for leaders for the nonprofits above, we also welcome those interested in organizing events for other nonprofits to attend this session. If you aren’t sure what nonprofit you want to assist, we can also help match you with an organization and explain the different leadership roles. 

Requirements: We ask that potential leaders attend at least one Serve KC event prior to becoming an Organizer. 

If you cannot attend, but are interested in becoming and Organizer please contact our Steering Committee at sc@weservekc.org and someone will setup a time to meet and discuss leadership opportunities.
