Heartland Tree Alliance, in conjunction with the Project Blue River Rescue and the Missouri Department of Conservation will plant up to 1,000 riparian seedlings along the Blue River.  No prior tree planting experience is necessary. Tools and equipment will be provided.

Registration deadline: Friday, March 27, 6:00 PM. 

Volunteer Qualifications:

All volunteers must

1) register in advance by providing the information requested.  If you RSVP “yes”, but do not provide the information we need, then you are not registered in our system.

 2) be at least 14 years old with adult supervision (if under 18, bring a paper waiver with a parent’s co-signature),  

3) if over 18, agree to electronic liability waiver, and

4) provide mobile phone number in case of weather cancellation .

What to Bring:

• work gloves

• re-fillable bottled water

• wear long pants and sturdy, closed-toe shoes
