Uplift is a homeless outreach program run entirely by volunteers since 1990. They deliver meals and personal items three times a week to around 300 people each night.

Serve KC volunteers will help work on the garden in Belton which benefits Uplift. We’ll be picking and helping to clean up the garden. Please bring garden gloves, bug spray and bottled water. 

All ages welcome with adult supervision for those under 18. 

Directions: Take US-71 S / I-49 S to the Belton/Raymore MO-58 E highway exit. Go east on MO-58 to Kentucky Rd., then take a left to head North. You’ll pass a red barn and a house– the garden will be on your right. Park on either side of the garden or on the street. This is a residential area.
