Please arrive at 4:30 to help prepare, dinner served at 6pm. Once all the families have eaten, our group will eat together before cleaning up.
Menu: White chicken chili, Grilled Cheese Sammies, salad, and ice cream sundaes
1. 2 fully cooked roastery chickens – Sue
2. 3 cans white navy beans, 3 cans black beans, 3 cans corn – Norene
3. 3 cans medium spice Rotel, 3 cans chopped tomatoes. pitchers & lemonade – Neila
4. 6 boxes of chicken stock, 1 bunch cilantro & 1 lime – Mary Anne
5. 2 large containers sour cream & 2 bags shredded cheddar cheese – Randal
6. 2 bags Frito chips & 2 large Onions – Autumn
7. 2 Loaves of Bread & 1 Package Velveta Cheese, Ice Cream Toppings, Ice Cream Cones & scoops, spices, stock pot, griddle, tub of butter – Jill
8. 2 Loaves of Bread (white or wheat) & 1 Package Velveta Cheese (store brand is OK) – Carolyn
9. Ingredients for tossed salad: 3 bags salad mix, 1 package carrots, 1 package radishes – Amanda
10. Ingredients for tossed salad: 1 can black olives, 1 head broccoli, 1 pepper any color – Faye
